Yeo Siang Tiong

Executive Director

Over the past 30+ years, Siang Tiong has held several leadership roles spanning strategy, business development, channel sales and development, direct sales and various technical positions in global companies across Asia Pacific. His track records spans across startups / mid-size and large MNCs.

He has worked across technology areas like cybersecurity, big data, IT infrastructure, and networking. His extensive experience in go-to-market strategy and market expansion has helped many multinational companies expand into new markets, re-structure their internal organisation and external partner eco-system.

He has completed several business transformation projects:

Change from franchise model to direct model,
Re-organization of sales structure.
Implemented omni-channel model in consumer business, harmonizing it across store retail, distribution, online direct, online indirect, etc
Develop SME fast moving low-touch business for a technology vendor

He has initiated and concluded "Adaptive Enterprise @ Singapore", a multi-year collaboration between Hewlett Packard and Singapore government, who co-invested US$22mil. Through this, HP Labs was established in Singapore and started 5 new research collaborations with local research institutes. He has also contributed to Singapore Infocomm Development Authority’s 5th Infocomm Technology Roadmap “Singapore Infocomm Foresights” in 2015.

He has spoken in many forums and media including CNN and Channel News Asia, in wide ranging topics from digital transformation, to cybersecurity, blockchain and policies.

With his experience across many Asian cultures, he understands the cultural nuances, geo-politics, and its implications to businesses.

Siang Tiong holds an MBA (Finance), Bachelor Engineering (Honours). He is an accredited director and is a trained facilitator.

Benny Goh

Strategic Advisor

Benny Goh brings four decades of business management, leadership, and international experience to his advisory role. He has held senior executive positions in NYSE- and FTSE listed multinational corporations, including President of China Yuchai International, a Chinese engine manufacturer listed on the NYSE, as well as President of Tyco International Asia and Managing Director for Aggreko Asia.

Benny began his career in the Republic of Singapore Air Force, where he rose to the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. He served as a Squadron Commander and later in the Ministry of Defence’s Policy Office, where he was responsible for strategic defence policies. This foundational chapter instilled in him a sharp strategic mindset and cross-functional leadership skills that have continued to shape his success in senior corporate and advisory roles.He transitioned into management consulting with A.T. Kearney at its global headquarters in Chicago, advising multinational clients on strategy and transformation. He later served as Director in Ernst & Young’s Corporate Finance Group, leading major transactions and strategic initiatives across the Asia Pacific region.

Today, Benny is a trusted advisor to C-suite leaders, providing counsel on sales excellence, business transformation, market entry, and organizational strategy. His career has spanned the U.S., China, North Asia, and Southeast Asia, giving him a nuanced understanding of cross cultural business dynamics and emerging market growth.

Benny is currently the Founder and Managing Partner of Parami Solutions, a boutique advisory firm guiding global multinationals through Asian markets as well as helping regional businesses achieve profitable growth. He is the Board Advisor to Pereira International, a Singapore-based strategic advisory firm, dedicated to providing corporate and political leaders geopolitical and commercial insights.He also serves the Singapore Government’s Innovation Partner for Impact (IPI) a subsidiary of Enterprise Singapore as an Innovation Advisor, helping Singapore-based companies scale and innovate for global competitiveness. In addition, he mentors senior C-suite executives of multinational corporations as a Board Mentor with Criticaleye, a global leadership community for business leaders. Benny holds both a Master of Arts and a Bachelor of Arts in Physics from Oxford University, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

He is an INSEAD-certified board director and has served on boards across the industrial, technology, and healthcare sectors. Outside of work, Benny is a lifelong martial arts practitioner and an avid traveler, always curious about the world and the people who shape it.
